Hi, I'm Megan Jauregui Eccles and I'm an author, editor, professor, and former editorial assistant for a literary agency. I write dark, speculative fiction with slow burn romances, mysterious strangers who sing you into the dark, masquerade balls and the exploration of grief and ambition.

 

My debut fantasy novel SING THE NIGHT is about an ambitious soprano trying to win a magical singing competition who makes a Faustian bargain with a ghost trapped in a mirror to teach her forbidden magic in exchange for his freedom and comes out March 10, 2026 with Grand Central Publishing and Piatkus.
